His career spans the private and not-for-profit sectors, including key roles at Fortune 100 companies (ADP and TNT Express/FedEx), where he built a reputation for driving business growth and fostering authentic leadership in the SaaS and logistics industries.

Guided by a conviction that profit and purpose coexist, Binyam moved into renewable energy to apply his private-sector experience where he can make the greatest impact.

He holds a BSc Honours from Carleton University and a Certificate in Big Data and Predictive Analytics from Toronto Metropolitan University.

He is Co-Founder and CEO of Duranta, which builds software for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces. Before Aurora, he co-founded Vituo Technologies, a solar EPC for commercial PV in emerging markets; AM Power continues that legacy as Vituo’s successor.

Samuel began his career as a Vice President at JPMorgan. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA and MSc in Engineering from Stanford University.

A graduate of the Technical University of Mombasa and certified by Strathmore University, he is licensed by EPRA to manage grid-tied and off-grid systems.

At AM Power, Stephen plays a key role in every project, from initial scoping to installation and maintenance: energy usage analysis, detailed site assessments and matching each client’s needs with optimised solar production.

He has led projects across Kenya, the DRC, South Sudan and the wider East African region.

At AM Power Solar, Maya leads digital marketing, brand communications and stakeholder engagement. With over 4 years of experience in social media, copywriting and content development, she advances our mission through data-driven storytelling. She is a certified digital marketer and ESG consultant.

Maya holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Studies from Strathmore University.

She supports the company’s expansion by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and keeping planning and execution closely aligned.

Delphine holds a First Class Honours degree in Finance and Accounting from Strathmore University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

He has worked across the main areas of financial services, including legal, tax compliance and structuring, accounting, administration, corporate secretarial and AML/CFT.

He holds a BSc (First Class Honours with Distinction) in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School, City University London, is a Fellow of the ACCA (FCCA) and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.

He oversees a team of 12 administrators and a portfolio of over 200 companies, from global business and authorised companies to foundations, trusts and domestic entities.

Ravi holds a degree in Finance from the University of Mauritius and is completing his ACCA (Level 3). He began his career at SANNE Mauritius before joining St Lawrence Management in 2018, where he acts as Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
